Planning a kitchen remodel, adding a home office, or putting in a new appliance that draws serious power? Getting the electrical side right before the walls close up is the job that saves money later. A load calculation before the circuit is run, a panel check before the new circuit is added, a look at the grounding before the inspector walks through. That is where we come in, covering electrical work for Spokane homes and commercial spaces alike.
We scope every job on the phone before anything is scheduled.
Call (986) 946-5326 and describe what you are working on.
Plain answers. Clear options. Safe wiring. We cover Spokane and the surrounding area, and we are available every day from 7:30 AM to 11:00 PM.
The rate on any electrical job depends on what the work actually involves. A straightforward outlet replacement is a different scope from tracing a fault through a circuit that has been modified more than once. The price reflects that, and it is confirmed before anything is scheduled.
Three things move a quote more than anything else. First, what the fault turns out to be once the diagnostic is done. A tripping breaker can point to an overloaded circuit, a failing breaker, or a wiring fault deeper in the run, and each of those is a different job. Second, what has to be opened up to reach the problem. Wiring that runs through finished walls or inside a crawl space takes longer to access than wiring in an open basement. Third, whether the existing panel and circuit can carry the change being planned. An older panel is worth a look before a big appliance goes in, and if the service needs to grow, that gets scoped at the same time.
When you call, you get the rate on the phone for the job as described. If the scope changes once we are on site, that gets explained before anything additional is done.
We know schedules shift, so we keep booking flexible. Appointments are arranged on the call. If you are a property manager coordinating access for a tenant, or a business that cannot shut a space down entirely, we work through those details before we show up, not after.
Short-notice calls are accepted when the schedule allows. If something needs attention and will not keep, call and ask what is available. We take emergency electrical calls and will tell you on the phone what can be done and when.
Some electrical problems are straightforward. Others only show up under specific conditions: a breaker that trips when two appliances run at the same time, a light that flickers only during rain, a circuit that holds fine until the heat comes on. Those faults are their own kind of job.
An intermittent fault does not announce itself the way a dead outlet does. It shows up when conditions are right and disappears before anyone gets a look at it. Finding it means tracing the circuit under load, checking connections that may have worked loose over time, and looking at the panel for a breaker that is failing rather than tripping on a true overload. The fault traced before anything is replaced is the standard on every diagnostic visit.
A circuit that only fails in the rain is usually a moisture intrusion problem somewhere in the run, often at an outdoor junction, a weatherproof box that has lost its seal, or a conduit entry that has not been properly sealed at the structure. Finding it means working through the circuit from the panel out, not just replacing the device at the end of the run.
A circuit that fails under load but holds at rest points to a connection that is marginal rather than broken. Loose terminals, a breaker that is beginning to fail, or a wire gauge that is undersized for what the circuit is being asked to carry can all produce this pattern. Reach out and we'll get it diagnosed.
A city the size of Spokane carries a wide range of housing stock. Apartment buildings, mid-century single-family homes, newer construction, and commercial properties all come with different wiring histories and different needs. The jobs below are the ones that come up most often, and each one starts with understanding what is already there.
A full rewire is usually triggered by age, damage, or a renovation that exposes what is behind the walls. Partial rewiring targets specific circuits or rooms where the existing wiring is no longer adequate, without touching the rest of the house. Either way, the scope is confirmed on the call before anything is scheduled. Grounding and bonding are part of every rewiring project, not an afterthought.
Knob-and-tube wiring was standard in houses built through the early part of the last century, and a significant portion of Spokane's older housing stock still has it. It was not designed for modern electrical loads, it lacks a ground conductor, and it cannot be safely extended or modified. Replacement means running new wiring through the structure, and the scope depends on how much of the original system remains and what the house now needs. We assess what is there and explain the options before any work begins.
A Level 2 EV charger runs on a dedicated 240-volt circuit, and the panel needs the capacity before anything is connected. We check the panel first, run a load calculation, and handle any needed upgrade before the circuit is installed. The charger outlet or hardwired connection is the last step, not the first. If the panel is already near capacity, that gets addressed at the same time so the circuit is correctly supported from the start.
An inspection covers the panel condition, the wiring type and age, grounding and bonding, GFCI and AFCI coverage, and any visible hazards in the accessible wiring. For buyers and sellers, it gives a clear picture of the electrical system before the transaction closes. For landlords and property managers, it identifies what needs attention in older buildings before a small issue becomes a larger repair. We walk through what we found and give a plain answer on repair versus upgrade where anything needs attention.
Recessed LED lighting, fixture replacement, under-cabinet lighting, and ceiling fan installation are all part of this work. When there is no existing wiring or box at the ceiling location, we handle the full run from the panel to the switch to the fixture. The circuit and the box are sized to what is going in, not just to what was there before.
Commercial and light industrial electrical work in Spokane requires a different approach than a residential job. A retail space, a restaurant, or a building with tenants has parts that need to stay live while other parts are worked on. We plan around that from the start.
Out-of-hours work is available for commercial customers who cannot take a space offline during business hours. We confirm what is needed on the call, establish which circuits can be isolated and which need to stay live, and schedule accordingly. For multi-tenant buildings, we coordinate with whoever manages access rather than working it out on arrival.
Commercial jobs also tend to involve more documentation. Panel labeling, circuit mapping, and load documentation are part of the work, not extras. A commercial panel that has been modified over time without documentation is a job we take on regularly. We treat your home and its wiring the way we would our own, and that standard carries over to every commercial property as well.
We serve Spokane and the surrounding communities throughout Spokane County. If you are in Town and Country, Country Homes, Airway Heights, Fairwood, or Millwood, the service area covers you.
Call (986) 946-5326 and we will confirm coverage for your address when you reach us.
The same scope of work applies across the area. Panel upgrades, rewiring, EV charger circuits, generator hookups, safety inspections, outlet and lighting installation. If the job is electrical, call and we will work through it on the phone. Each service is described in more depth on our electrical services page.
We let you know before the end of the first day if the work cannot be completed in one visit. The property is left safe and as functional as possible overnight, and the schedule for the second visit is confirmed before we leave.
The electrical side of a generator hookup includes the transfer switch, the dedicated circuit from the panel, and a load calculation to confirm the panel can carry the added circuits. The transfer switch is what prevents the generator from back-feeding the utility line, and it has to be sized to the circuits it will protect. If the panel is near capacity, a service upgrade gets scoped at the same time.
Call (986) 946-5326 and we will walk through what the hookup involves for your property.
We work out which circuits need to stay live during the job before anything is scheduled. In most cases, a single room or a single circuit can be kept energized while the rest of the work proceeds, as long as the job allows for it. The plan is confirmed on the call.
We communicate before the window closes if the job is running over. Where a full shutdown cannot be extended, we restore power to the circuits that need to stay live and schedule the remaining work for a follow-up visit.
Someone needs to be present at the start to go over the scope and provide access. For longer jobs, you do not need to stay on site the entire time, but we ask that someone be reachable by phone in case a decision needs to be made mid-job.
Aluminum branch-circuit wiring needs properly rated devices and connections at every termination point before new load is added to the system. Adding a circuit without addressing existing aluminum connections can create heat and oxidation problems at the panel and at every outlet and switch on the run. Call and describe what you have. We will scope the remediation and the new circuit together so the work is done in the right order.
We run a dedicated circuit from the main panel to the structure, size the wire to the load the building needs to carry, and confirm the panel has the capacity before the circuit is added. Grounding and bonding at the subpanel in the outbuilding are part of the work.
We document what was tested and ruled out, then explain the next steps before leaving. Intermittent faults sometimes require a follow-up visit when the conditions that trigger the problem can be reproduced. We let you know what to watch for in the meantime.
Commercial electrical work is subject to its own permitting and inspection requirements, which vary by jurisdiction. We confirm what applies to the specific job and address on the call. If records need to go to a property manager, a landlord, or another contact, we can arrange that when the job is scheduled.
One call is all it takes to get a price and get on the calendar.
Call (986) 946-5326 and describe what you are seeing or what you are planning.

Below is a plain-language look at the electrical services we handle for homes, rentals, and commercial spaces in Spokane and across Spokane County. Each row covers what the service includes, who it fits best, and one practical thing worth knowing before you call. If you have questions about a specific job, we scope it on the phone and confirm the rate before anything is scheduled.
| Type of Work | What It Covers | When You Need It | Things to Know |
|---|---|---|---|
| Outlet & Switch Installation |
| Homeowners updating older outlets or adding charging points without adding adapter clutter | GFCI protection is required in kitchens, bathrooms, garages, and outdoor locations. Older homes in Spokane County often lack it entirely. |
| Ceiling Fan Installation |
| Homeowners adding a fan where no existing wiring or box is in the ceiling | A ceiling fan requires a rated box that can support the fan's weight and motion. A standard light fixture box is not adequate and is a common source of failures. |
| Electrical Panel & Service Upgrades |
| Homeowners adding an EV charger, a detached shop, a home addition, or a second major appliance | An older panel is worth a look before a big appliance goes in. A load calculation confirms what the existing service can carry so the upgrade is sized correctly the first time. |
Call (986) 946-5326 and we will scope the job on the phone, confirm the rate, and get you on the schedule.
